Meet Merle
My Path – Into the Depths and Back to Myself
I’m Merle – the founder and guide of Creative Transformation (Loov Muutumine).
I’m here for those who don’t seek quick fixes or answers from the outside, but instead long to listen – to their body, emotions, and inner wisdom.
I’m a psychologist (MA), music therapist (level 7), trauma-informed coach, yoga and meditation teacher, and SOMA Breath® facilitator.
My approach doesn’t follow a single method – it blends evidence-based psychology and body-oriented therapies with deeply intuitive and soulful practices. This living, embodied and intuitive journey is what I call Polytherapy – a path from tension to peace, from fragmentation to centeredness, from exhaustion to vitality.
Why I Do What I Do
I know what it feels like to be disconnected. I know how hard it can be to find yourself again when everything feels too much.
And I also know that there is a way back – not to “normal,” but to something deeper and more fulfilling. I’ve walked this path myself.
My professional path has been diverse and layered.
I began as a music therapist working with youth with mental disabilities. Later, I founded the music therapy program at Tallinn Children’s Hospital’s Mental Health Center, working with children and teens. Eventually, I stepped into the prison system, meeting people in their most vulnerable states. I’ve supported people living with trauma, chronic illness, grief, loss – be it the loss of a job, health, relationship, or self-belief. Despite the differences in their stories, there was always a shared longing:
to find peace. To restore balance. To return to the truth of who they are.
