My approach is not based on one single method. It is a living, intuitive, and deeply embodied journey that I call polytherapy—a fusion of science-based techniques, somatic practices, and soulful presence.
This journey doesn’t force change. Instead, we listen together to what your body says, what your nervous system whispers, what your soul speaks of, and what longs to find its voice.
It listens. It follows your body’s signals, your nervous system’s rhythm, and your inner voice.
Each session is co-created with you—unique, responsive, and rooted in deep trust.
A transformational technique combining conscious and rhythmic breathing with visualisation and inspiring music. It’s a deeply embodied practice that
Helps restore inner balance and clarity
Supports nervous system regulation,
Calms the body,
Releases the monkey mind,
Gives more energy
Oxygenates your body and creates more blood flow
Supports the cardiovascular and respiratory functions
A powerful psychospiritual approach that guides you to connect with different inner parts—like the inner critic, the wounded child, or the exhausted self. By listening with compassion, they can soften and integrate.
You meet yourself not as a problem to solve, but as a system longing to be heard and harmonized.
Healing through voice, sound, and vibration using techniques based both on music listening and making music. This work allows the safe expression and release of suppressed emotions, restoring peace, fluidity, and presence in the body.
Your voice holds truths your mind can’t speak.
Not performance—pure expression.
Not fixing—freeing.
A brain-based method for rewiring limiting beliefs and habitual emotional patterns. Using the brain’s ability to rewire itself, we shift limiting patterns and create new inner maps.
This is mindset work with a soul and a body—deeply integrated, forward-moving, and empowering.
Mindful movement, breath, and stillness that support grounding, reduce anxiety, and strengthen the felt sense of safety and embodiment. These practices help you reconnect with your body and inner wisdom. Especially powerful when words are too much—and presence is everything.
A subtle and intuitive modality that attunes to the energetic body. It helps release emotional residue, clear energetic stagnation, and reconnect with spiritual clarity and alignment.
All my work is rooted in an understanding of the autonomic nervous system, guided by the principles of Polyvagal Theory. This science-backed perspective helps us map your inner state—whether you're in survival, shutdown, or safety—and gently shift towards regulation, resilience, and connection. By working with the breath, body awareness, sound, and presence, we co-create a safe inner space where healing and integration can happen naturally.
My work is grounded in a trauma-sensitive approach that honors your pace, your boundaries, and your unique story. Rather than forcing change, we create a safe and attuned space where your nervous system can begin to feel trust again.
I integrate somatic practices, breathwork, inner parts work (IFS), and voice-based expression to gently support the release of stored trauma and restore a sense of wholeness.
Here, healing is not something we do to the body—it’s something we invite by listening deeply, moving slowly, and meeting all parts of you with compassion.
EMDR is a powerful, evidence-based method for healing trauma, anxiety, and limiting beliefs. It helps the brain reprocess distressing memories through bilateral stimulation (such as eye movements or tapping), so they lose their emotional charge and become integrated into your life story in a more adaptive way.
In my practice, EMDR is offered gently and with a deep respect for your nervous system’s readiness. We move step by step, ensuring emotional safety and groundedness throughout the process./F
Polytherapy is not a formula. It’s a return.
A return to your breath.
To your rhythm.
To the intelligence of your body and the clarity of your soul.
You are not broken. You are becoming whole.
